Freaky Hearts Club (FHC) is a social heartbeat monitor app for fans of scary movies and tv shows. FHC is for horror movie buffs of all ages, but stylistically geared towards femme friend groups and powerful female characters. FHC lives on your smart phone and measures heart rate through compatible wearable devices (like fitbit and apple watch), or manually through the camera lens. Socially, FHC connects users so a group can watch a film together and compare results of their heartbeat graph later on. The person who’s heart rate fluctuates the most “wins” the group competition for being the most invested in the film or show.
